Woolworths NetSetGO is netball’s official starter program for kids aged five to 10 and Strikers Netball Club are a proud participator of this program.

The program provides a chance for kids to learn the netball basics, helping kids gain confidence, get active and make friends in a safe and inclusive environment. 

The program is divided up into three tiers: Net, Set and GO. Where you begin depends on your age and netball experience, but there's no skill level required to get started. 

Net: perfect for 5 to 6 year olds, teaches fundamental motor skills through activities and games using modified equipment like bean bags, hula hoops and softer balls.

Set: recommended for 7 to 8 year olds and focuses on practising skills and playing modified games using a smaller ball.

GO: recommended for 9 to 10 year olds and focuses on developing netball specific skills through modified match play.
